In addition to the observations that were noted in When Viewing a House… it would be very prudent of you to inquire about the following.

Unlike previous lists I’ve given you, these are not just observations that you need to make. This is a list of questions that you need to ask. If the current owner of the house is available, he is the one you should be asking. If the current owner is not immediately available then you should ask the agent showing you the home. How To Buy a House at 18

The good news is that the actual process of buying a house at the age of 18 is no different than buying a house at age 20 or 25 or 50. There is however one large caveat many teens may run into while their elders may not.

The Final Walkthrough

The Final Walkthrough is just one more precaution that is thrown into the mix. Hopefully it won’t result in any detrimental finds, but it’s there for a reason.
